    染料简介:菁染料是近红外荧光染料中常用的一类荧光染料,统的可见光染料相比有显著的优势。由于细胞和组织的自发荧光在近红外波段小,因此在检测复杂生物系统时,近红外染料能提供更高的特异性和灵敏度。同时,由于光波在近红外区段的组织透过性更好。菁染料的摩尔吸光系数在荧光染料中是的,Cy7 NHS ester, Cy5.5 amine 和Cy3 azide 的吸收在近红外区背景非常低,是荧光强度、稳定的长波长染料。特别适合于活体小动物体内成像代替放射性元素。
    CY花菁染料的优点:

    CY花菁染料的价格:
    目前市面上的菁染料价格比较高,主要是因为菁染料, 尤其是不对称菁染料的合成副反应多, 副产物极性相近, 产物的分离提纯相当困难。菁染料特别是水溶性菁染料分子极性大, 分离提纯越加困难,因此带磺酸根的水溶花菁染料比脂溶的贵一些。
